How to Pause or Revoke UPI Autopay in Your Payment App
You do not even need to log into UseToolX to stop billing. You can revoke the mandate directly from your phone:
Google Pay (GPay)
- Open Google Pay and tap your Profile Picture (top-right).
- Select Autopay from the menu.
- Locate UseToolX or your payment gateway mandate.
- Tap Cancel Autopay and enter your UPI PIN to confirm.
PhonePe
- Open PhonePe and tap your Profile Icon (top-left).
- Under 'Payment Management', tap Autopay Settings.
- Select the active UseToolX subscription mandate.
- Tap Pause Autopay or Remove Autopay.
Paytm
- Open Paytm and tap your Profile Avatar.
- Go to UPI & Payment Settings → Automatic Payments.
- Select UseToolX from the active mandates list.
- Tap Cancel Automatic Payment.
Credit Cards & Net Banking
- Log in to your bank's mobile app or internet banking portal.
- Navigate to Cards → e-Mandate / Recurring Payments.
- Locate the UseToolX standing instruction and toggle it to Disabled.
Cancellation Procedure FAQ & Key Guarantees
Will I immediately lose access to Pro tools upon cancellation?
No. When you cancel your subscription, your Pro benefits remain 100% active until the end of your current paid billing period. For example, if your plan renews on October 25 and you cancel on October 10, you keep full Pro access until October 25.
