1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing, browsing, or utilizing UseToolX (accessible at usetoolx.in) and its affiliated tools, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any portion of these terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the platform.

2. User License & Commercial Ownership

Your Data, Your Property: UseToolX claims zero copyright, ownership, or licensing rights over any documents, images, text, code, or outputs generated or converted through our utilities.

You are granted a worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, and commercially exploit all files and content produced by you using UseToolX (including cold emails, cover letters, resume bullet points, generated QR codes, and minified code).

3. Service Tiers & Pricing Structure

• Free Starter Tier: Includes unlimited, perpetual access to all 60+ in-browser PDF, Image, Dev, Math, and Text utilities, plus 3 complimentary AI generations per day (resets every midnight). No account, login, or payment details are required to use free tools.
• Pro Memberships (Monthly / Yearly / Lifetime Sovereign): Requires 1-Click Google Sign-In to link license entitlement, enable quota allocation, and support self-service cancellation and multi-device synchronization.
• Instant Digital Fulfillment: All digital services and Pro compute upgrades are delivered electronically and activated immediately upon successful transaction completion.

4. Acceptable Use & Platform Protections

When interacting with UseToolX, you agree not to:

• Use the platform or its AI tools to generate illegal, abusive, defamatory, or harmful content.
• Deploy automated headless crawlers, scrapers, or botnets to flood serverless API endpoints or intentionally exhaust rate limits.
• Attempt to decompile, reverse-engineer, or tamper with security gates or verification mechanisms.

5. Subscription Cancellations & Refund Policy

Detailed provisions regarding billing cycles, recurring subscription cancellations, and refund eligibility are governed by our dedicated Cancellation & Refund Policy.

Users may cancel recurring subscriptions at any time simply by emailing support@usetoolx.in or managing autopay through their payment app. Upon cancellation, your Pro benefits remain fully active until the conclusion of the paid billing interval.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

UseToolX and all associated utilities are provided strictly on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. While we maintain rigorous engineering standards, we do not warrant that tools will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with obsolete browser versions.

Under no circumstances shall UseToolX, its developers, or contributors be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from data loss, browser cache purges, or financial decisions made based on calculator approximations.
