Zero Server Uploads

Your PDFs, images, code snippets, and spreadsheets are processed entirely within your device's local browser RAM using client-side WebAssembly, WebCrypto, and Canvas APIs. Zero bytes of your documents are ever transmitted to our servers.

No Data Logging or Selling

We do not track, log, mine, or monetize your uploaded documents or tool calculations. When you close or refresh your browser tab, all session memory is automatically purged from RAM.

Cryptographic Local Execution

Utilities like password generators, hash checkers, and token inspectors utilize standard browser Web Crypto APIs (crypto.getRandomValues), ensuring military-grade cryptographic entropy on your device.

Ephemeral AI Pipeline

When utilizing our 22 AI utility engines, text prompts are transmitted over encrypted TLS tunnels directly to enterprise neural API processors, processed ephemerally in volatile memory, and never used to train public machine learning foundation models.

1. Scope & Information We Do Not Collect

UseToolX (usetoolx.in) is built on a privacy-first, client-side paradigm. Unlike traditional cloud utility portals that upload user files to remote servers (e.g. AWS S3 or Google Cloud Storage buckets), UseToolX operates inside the user's local sandbox.

We have zero access to your PDF pages, customer records, photos, financial inputs, passwords, or code snippets. All computation is executed through client-side JavaScript in your browser memory.

2. Advertising, Cookies & Google AdSense Disclosure

To maintain 60+ productivity utilities completely free and accessible without a paid subscription, UseToolX displays advertisements served by third-party advertising networks, including Google AdSense.

  • Third-Party Vendor Cookies: Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on a user's prior visits to UseToolX or other websites on the internet.
  • Google DoubleClick DART Cookie: Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve targeted ads to our users based on their visits to our site and/or other sites across the World Wide Web.
  • Opt-Out Rights: Users may opt out of personalized advertising at any time by visiting Google Ads Settings or by visiting aboutads.info .

3. Local Browser Storage (localStorage)

UseToolX does not store tracking cookies on your device. However, we utilize the browser's native localStorage strictly for functional state:

  • usetoolx_daily_ai_tracker: Tracks anonymous daily AI usage count (3 free generations per calendar day, reset at midnight) without personal profiling.
  • usetoolx_pro_api_key / usetoolx_ai_key: If a Pro user opts to connect their personal AI API key (BYOK), it is saved solely within their own local browser storage and never transmitted to or stored on our servers.
  • theme: Stores your visual interface preferences.

4. User Accounts & 1-Click Google Sign-In

UseToolX does not require sign-up, registration, or passwords for utilizing our free tool catalog or daily free AI runs.

For Pro subscribers wishing to synchronize their membership across multiple personal devices (PCs, laptops, smartphones), we offer secure 1-Click Sign-In with Google. When you authenticate via Google OAuth:

  • We request only basic identity profile data: your verified email address, display name, and avatar image.
  • We do NOT request, access, or inspect your Google Drive files, emails, or personal contacts.
  • Your email is used solely to verify active Pro subscription status and deliver automated transaction invoices.

5. Compliance with Global Data Regulations

Because files never leave your client environment, UseToolX naturally fulfills the stringent data sovereignty standards mandated by:

  • Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act, 2023 (India): Zero unauthorized processing or transfer of personal digital data outside the user's control.
  • General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR - EU): Compliance with data minimization, purpose limitation, and the Right to be Forgotten (simply clearing browser cache purges all local data).
  • California Consumer Privacy Act / CPRA (US): We do not sell or share personal consumer information for monetary consideration.
